ELECTRONIC / ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (LEADER)
A Southern Highlands (Bowral / Mittagong) based manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Design Engineer.
The suitable applicant will have a proven record in R&D project management developing new electronic and electrical products. A thorough understanding of modern semi-conductor devices and integrated circuits is a definite pre-requisite. A degree in Electronic/ Electrical engineering with several years experience as a hands on design engineer is highly desirable, however, exceptional applicants without a degree but with a proven record of design will be considered.
The position will involve all aspects of design process from initial concept through sourcing components, prototyping, compliance checks to standards and production setup. A support team of technicians will assist.
An attractive salary package is negotiable commensurate with qualification and experience.
